It’s not too much of a stretch to assume most people fall asleep at night only to dream about one day owning their very own life-size banana costume. Such a glorious windfall may seem like nothing more than wishful thinking to most, however, (amazing as it may seem) this fantasy is about to come true for more than 1,000 incredibly lucky human beings. Those who want be one of them should drop everything and go to the DM Go Bananas page to register for the 6th Annual Del Monte Go Bananas Halloween Costume Giveaway. The registration process can be initiated by filling out brief online form with a name, email address, and address. Prior to submitting the form it will be necessary to agree to the terms and confirm the participant is over 18 years of age (an option of joining the mailing list is also presented).
Seems to good to be true. What are some of the rules??
- Open to legal residents of the U.S. (including DC) and Canada who are 18 years or older
- Participants must ALSO be the at least age of majority in their state, province, or territory
- Begins September 1st, 2017 and runs all month before closing on September 30th, 2017
- The total Approximate Retail Value of all 1,125 banana costumes is a shocking $25,875
- Winners will be selected through a random draw held on or around October 9th, 2017
Those who want to enter and see what they would look like while wearing a banana suit while doing so (perhaps to prepare for the real thing) can click the Photo Entries button posted at the top of the DM Go Bananas page. Participants who are green (or yellow) with envy and want to know who won the banana costumes can send a request to the sponsor for a list of winners (must be received no later than October 30th, 2017).
